Irish for SNAs (Gaeilge na hOcaidí)

This practical and supportive course is designed specifically for Special Needs Assistants (SNAs) working in primary schools and Gaelscoileanna who want to feel more confident using Irish in their daily work.

The course provides:

• Accessible Irish vocabulary for non-native speakers
• A refresher of everyday Irish for those who may not have used the language in some time
• Occasion-specific and classroom-based vocabulary, relevant to the real, day-to-day role of an SNA
• Language focused on supporting pupils, routines, behaviour, care needs, and communication with teachers
