Beginners French for Primary School Teachers - EPV Approved - Summer 2025  

Learning Outcomes:

The course will give teachers the opportunity to learn basic French to use in their classroom and on holidays.

Teachers will engage in a reflexive analysis of their journey of learning the French language and will explore resources for their future teaching of the language with their students.

The course will also give teachers an opportunity to specially set up sequences of pedagogical activities around modern foreign language learning.

Course dates: Tuesday 1st July -Saturday 5th July (inclusive)

Time: 9.30 a.m. to 2.00 pm daily, 20 hrs in total.

Venue:  Loreto Secondary School Wexford

Catering:  A light lunch will be provided at 11.30 a.m. each day.

Please note registration for all summer courses closes on Thursday, June 19th 2025.

Cost: €50.00.  Please note that all our summer courses are booked on the condition that the course fee is non-refundable. Course Fees are not transferrable to another teacher. Unfortunately, if you wish to cancel your place on one of our courses or you are unable to attend the course, we are not in a position to refund fees. The course fee can only be refunded if the Education Centre cancels the course.
