• Developing Leadership Capacity

Learning Outcomes

-Gain a deeper insight into the LAOS Leadership Domains and competencies within

-Interrogate the language of LAOS and examine what each domain means in real terns

-Explore and map their experience across the 4 leadership domains

-Develop an awareness of your leadership skills, knowledge, values and attitudes
