The Middle Leader – a Key Member of the School Community (3 evenings)

Target Group: Teachers who currently hold or aspire to positions of
leadership in primary and post primary schools.

The course will address the following themes:

 Defining Middle Leadership
 Models of Leadership and their application
 Establishing and creating a vision for the role of middle leader
 Leading teams
 Planning
 Managing meetings
 Managing conflict
 Preparing for Interviews

The course will have a practical focus and will provide opportunities for
participants to engage in discussion and share good practice.
