Lead the Way webinars are an exciting new collaboration with Ann Byrne, creator of the new and emerging educational podcast series of the same name. Each webinar will pick a relevant theme and invite experienced school leaders in those areas to talk about their own approaches and best practice. Discussions will be less than an hour, accessible online and aim to fully support you on your leadership journey. Questions from attendees will be welcomed.

Ann Byrne is an AP1 holder in an all girl's secondary school in Laois. She has a Masters of Education from UL and currently is the SSe co-ordinator and Faith and Ethos post holder in her school. She feels those wishing to move into Middle Leadership and beyond need to be supported by those who have already made the journey before them and therefore created her podcast Lead the Way.
