Google for Education Webinar Series - Week Four
In this six-week series of webinars participants will be introduced to all the major apps within the Google for Education suite of apps. Participants will become familiar with how Google for Education differentiates itself from private GMail accounts. Participants will explore how Google Drive works and how to create Docs, save Docs, share Docs as well as collaborate using Docs. Participants will explore how to create Google Forms and Slides. During the series participants will explore the possibilities of using Google Meet. The final two webinars will explore setting up and using Google Classroom for distance learning as well as in-person learning. Finally, participants will explore Google Admin which controls the Google for Education experience for all users in the school.
These webinars are most suited to schools that have recently joined Google for Education or schools that are about to activate their Google for Education accounts. Participants must attend each one-hour webinar over the six weeks to become fully au fait with all that Google for Education offers.
Using Google Forms to create classroom quizzes
Become familiar with how Google Forms can create surveys/questionnaires and then use these same skills to create simple classroom quizzes which Google will correct, and grade, for you.
