Criticism can be a powerful tool for growth and self-improvement when managed constructively, but it often triggers responses that can hinder progress. This course equips participants with practical strategies to differentiate between constructive and destructive criticism, manage their reactions, and turn feedback into opportunities for learning and development.

Through examples, and reflective practices, participants will leave with the tools to approach criticism with clarity, resilience, and a growth mindset.
