Over this 6 week programme, I will gently guide you through mindful movement with your breath.  Freeing up space within our bodies & our mind allowing us the opportunity to sink deeper into relaxation. We will learn about breathwork and the direct impact it has on our nervous system.  We will move all parts of the body with slow synchronised movement anchored to your breath. This improves our circulation, our focus, our balance.  It oxygenates all of our systems & calms our central nervous system. We will explore the power of deep rest & learning tools to help us engage with meditation. Often our minds & bodies are too busy to access meditation, this programme will help you learn some tools to calm you mind & release your day.

A mid-week practice like this is ideal to refresh & energising us after a long period of sitting.

I would really encourage you to come to this 6-week programme, you will personally witness the benefits of a regular yoga practice can bring into your life.  I look forward to seeing you on the mat.

A little bit about me, I am Adrienne Doyle, my love for yoga began when I was a student in Dublin, In those days, my career took me into the corporate world, where I was a training consultant for Canada Life, I was always drawn towards training, teaching & personal development.  I became a facilitator for their Investment in Excellent program, where I happily facilitated personal development courses. I am now a Hatha Yoga Teacher, a YTI Children’s Yoga Stretch & Relax Teacher, a Yoga Nidra facilitator, a Chair Yoga Certified Trainer, I recently completed an intensive, 500-hour Vinyasa Krama Yoga training. I am currently completing a Vedic Philosophy course. I teach regular yoga classes, workshops & retreats in Wexford town & for the guests at Kelly's Hotel in Rosslare.  I offer one to one sessions for a personalised experience. Over the years I have run classes for children, I have run several programs in primary & secondary schools, which I really enjoyed. I am fully garda vetted.

Participants who take part in this online class do so at their own risk We accept no responsibility for any injuries. Participants should work at a pace which is comfortable for them with plenty of space around them. Please remember to keep well hydrated throughout the session.
