Meet Mathy. Throughout these two workshops Mathy will offer practical approaches to planning and assessing play-based learning in Maths. The workshops are suitable for teachers new to Aistear and also for those with Aistear experience, as they look at play through a mathematical lens. Participants will learn practical suggestions for developing maths language, how to plan playful lessons, and activities for teacher-led and child-led play.

A maximum of two teachers per school. This is a four hour event run over two evenings with the same teacher/s attending both evenings.
