The Way of Mindful Education
Schools across the world are turning to mindfulness as an antidote for rising stress, emotional dysregulation and attention deficit. School systems that have adopted mindfulness are learning that students and teachers are happier, more focused, emotionally regulated & less affected by stress.
This 5 week course will give teachers the space to deepen their own mindfulness practice and learn the ways in which mindfulness can be introduced in the classroom to students of various different ages.
